Very comfortable stay, respectable place for one night. The double room with twin bed, a balcony, for instance.

The bed was good, I slept well. What a pleasant and efficient staff. The location was incredible, for example, Fargo Village Shopping Center was within walking distance of the hotel. The property was in the middle of the city.

Ifound the staff warm and friendly, the service good, I was not very keen on the position in the town, and it would of helped if you had car parking space.

The size of the room was great.
The room was cold and the radiator would not work, got stuck in the lift and when I told reception about the lift they said they know its not working, yet there was no out of order sign.

very cheap at £30 per night for a double, good location, clean room, bed sheets fresh and fresh towels. Tea and coffee, toiletries, all the things you would expect from a good hotel but just in a tired and worn out setting. Staff were sort of ok in a bit of a robotic fashion - felt like they had recited how to find the car park so many times they didn't care anymore. One woman though was super helpful and when we rang down for a duvet it was there in five minutes, so not all bad.
Looks and feels tired and worn out, windows are so dirty you can't see out! Bed was old, so old that the mattress had a spring sticking up that would have cut my leg if I hadn't checked it first after reading a review! Asked staff for another duvet which I put on top of the mattress and it was fine. Not too hot after we had turned the heating down. Just expect things to be tired and worn out but clean and tidy and you will feel that you have got a bargain price stay.

Bad points to take note: 1) Hotel staffs dont seems to know our reservation. 2) We have to always explain same thing whenever we meet a staff attending to our complaints. 3) Phone lines in 3rd level are not working Note: Hotel staff says its like that cant do anything 4) Rooms are in bad condition eg. shower spoilt Note: Hotel staff says its like that cant do anything 5) Rooms are dirty
